Eli Langford's appointed as the proper place of holding elections in said Township of Royston.

To the Judge of Miller Cty. Court:

To the Honorable Judge of the county court of Miller your humble petitioners respectfully present that we are without a precinct in this township for holding elections manifestly to the inconvenience of our neighbourhood (to-wit: the neighbourhood of the Spanish bluffs and Esqr. McKinneys) we furthermore beg leave of your honor to designate a place in this township for holding elections for the above obvious reasons we would suggest Mr. Godly's grocery, near the residence of Mr. Charles Colloms, as a convenient place, we in duty bound will ever pray.
