to be made just and true accounts of their administration and make due and proper settlement thereof from time to time according to law, or the order, sentence or decree of any court having competent jurisdiction; and shall moreover well and truly do and perform all other matters and things. Touching the said administration as are or shall be prescribed by law or enjoined on them by the order, sentence or decree of any court having competent jurisdiction, then this obligation to be void and of no effect: otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

Appraisors of Stock of the Estate of Clayborn Wright, Decd.

We, the undersigned, being called upon by William F. Wright to appraise the uncollected stock of cattle belonging to the estate of Clayborn Wright, deceased, after being sworn we do value the aforesaid stock at thirty-five dollars.
