She was educated at the Anderson School. Elizabeth C. Stanley married Malcolm Swann, January 15, 1878, at Clarksville. Her second marriage was to Joseph Marion Sivley, November 5, 1895. She was educated at the Vesey School. Samuel B. Stanley married Amelia Jane Patterson, October 22, 1884, at Kiomitia, Texas. He began work in The Clarksville Times, at the age of sixteen. Nannie A. Stanley married William Turner Walker, December 28, 1882, at Clarksville.

Maria Moore married Thomas Brem at Clarksville. Their children were: William, who died when young, Lee, and Carey. Lee Brem married a Miss Floyd. He lives at Avery, Texas. Carey Brem married and lives near Clarksville. Maria Moore married Mr. Stewart in Tennessee and moved to Galveston, Texas, in 1845.

David Moore married and came to Red River County, after 1840. He later moved to Hopkins County. He was in the Battle of Horseshoe and the Battle of New Orleans. They had two children, Eliza and Mary Moore. Eliza Moore married Ben Bridges and after the Civil War they moved to Daingerfield. Their children were Sue and Mary, the latter of whom was blind and never married. Sue Bridges married a Mr. Huff and lived in Ft. Worth. Mary Moore married Richard Beal and
