There were born to Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Waddell two girls, Misses Nell and Nina Waddell. Mr. G. W. Waddell was born and reared in Red River County. He is now 74 years of age and has been identified with every civic improvement of his county. He is a citizen worthy in every respect and of great benefit to this county.

Here follows one of the most prominent families in the history of Red River County. These people have been identified with everything for the uplift and betterment of every civic and moral improvement of the State and county.

Bernard Peyton Teel, born April 17, 1818. Margaret Elizabeth Teel, born August 3, 1825. Bernard Peyton Teel and Margaret E. Harnsberger were married October 20, 1841.

Ella Malinda Teel, oldest daughter of B. P. and M. E. Teel, was born the 7th of January, 1844.

Elizabeth Baker, second daughter of B. P. and M. E. Teel, born November 3, 1845.

Lucile Lewis Teel, born September 16, 1847, in Browns Cove, Albemarle County, Va.

Stephen Harnsberger Teel, was born July 6, 1849.

Lewis W. Teel, second son of B. P. and M. E. Teel, was born July 12, 1852.

Mary Catherine Teel, fourth daughter of B. P. and M. E. Teel, was born July 7, 1854.

John William Teel was born July 28, 1856.
